Pasadena TX Full-Time Security Surveillance Division
Danners Incorporated is looking for an experienced Service Technician II Senior Level to join our Video Division. This is a senior technical role responsible for advanced installation programming troubleshooting and quality assurance of security surveillance systems. Youll lead projects mentor junior technicians and represent Danners as a trusted technical expert. Both Avigilon Camera Certification and Avigilon Access Control Certification is required for this position.

Danners Incorporated is looking for an experienced Service Technician II Senior Level to join our Video Division. This is a senior technical role responsible for advanced installation programming troubleshooting and quality assurance of security surveillance systems. Youll lead projects mentor junior technicians and represent Danners as a trusted technical expert. Both Avigilon Camera Certification and Avigilon Access Control Certification is required for this position.
What Youll Do
- Lead and train junior technicians on installations cabling and programming.
- Install configure and service advanced surveillance equipment (cameras NVRs/DVRs networking and servers).
- Perform advanced network configurations port forwarding and remote troubleshooting.
- Wire and maintain low-voltage power systems with clean organized installations.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate real-time documentation.
- Interact with clients assess needs and provide technical recommendations.
- Promote and enforce safety standards and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Avigilon Camera Certification Required
- Avigilon Access Control Certification Required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Texas Drivers License with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a Fit Test drug test and background check.
- 35 years of field experience in surveillance systems or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in networking programming and system integration.
- Proven ability to lead and train others.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. work at heights and in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
Preferred but not required: Advanced certifications in HikVision AXIS UNV or related systems; experience with server programming and advanced troubleshooting; prior leadership experience in surveillance or security technology.
