The newly established Mobile Cooking business unit is part of Dometic Outdoor Standalone segment and marks an exciting evolution of the company CADAC acquired in January 2022. The Mobile Cooking business unit is now the driving force behind the development marketing and sales of innovative mobile cooking appliances and accessoriesprimarily serving the EMEA region.

This role is based in Duiven The Netherlands close to the German border where youll join a vibrant team of nearly 30 colleagues working in a collaborative and informal environment. Together with our teams in the UK South Africa and China the Mobile Cooking family totals around 50 passionate professionals.

This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven executive who thrives on building international sales growth has a deep understanding of outdoor consumers and their lifestyles and brings strong product management expertise to shape winning portfolios.

The Opportunity

As the Head of Mobile Cooking you will define and execute the growth strategy for one of Dometics most dynamic categories. You will lead a cross-functional global team own the full P&L and have the mandate to accelerate growth specifically in Europe strengthening our premium positioning and delivering innovation that resonates with the modern outdoor consumer.

Your main responsibilities

• Growth acceleration in Europe: Drive international sales with a strong focus on expanding into new channels and markets within Europe. Develop robust regional and omni-channel strategies across e-commerce and B2B to ensure significant growth in the European market.
• Consumer-Centric Leadership Translate a deep understanding of outdoor lifestyles into compelling offerings ensuring Dometic remains the brand of choice for mobile cooking.
• Innovation & Product Portfolio Strategy Shape and oversee the product roadmap balancing consumer insight commercial opportunity and operational excellence.
• Business Ownership Take full responsibility for the categorys P&L ensuring profitable sustainable growth aligned with the groups vision.
• High-Impact Leadership Inspire and develop a diverse international team while engaging customers partners and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
