Deine Aufgaben Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:
- Als Specialist Accounts Receivable (m/w/d) bist Du ein wichtiger Teil unseres schlagkräftigen Teams bei der zweitgrößten Tochtergesellschaft im Techem Konzern und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams EES Accounting mit
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für verschiedene Tätigkeiten in der Debitorenbuchhaltung (unter anderem laufende Buchführung Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten im Debitorenbereich Bearbeitung von Vorgängen im Mahn- und Inkassowesen)
- Du arbeitest an der Erstellung des monatlichen Abschlusses nach IFRS und des Jahresabschlusses nach HGB unserer zweitgrößten Tochtergesellschaft mit und verantwortest bestimmte Themengebiete inklusive deren Verbuchung
- Du trägst dazu bei unsere Kernprozesse zu digitalisieren und die aktuellen IKS-Qualitätsstandards des Techem Konzerns einzuhalten
Ach und übrigens: Wo wir eigentlich arbeiten Mal im Office mal zu Hause mal hybrid flexibel wird es für Dich in jedem Fall sein.
Dein Profil - Damit begeisterst Du uns:
- Idealerweise bringst du mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Buchhaltungskenntnisse und Zahlenaffinität
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften (gerne mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sind vom Vorteil
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (v.a. Excel Word und Power Point) sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und XAP sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Persönlich bist Du ein guter Teamplayer und hast neben aller Professionalität auch Spaß daran mal mit den Kolleg*innen zu lachen
