Synergie Australia is seeking a Excavator Mechanicfor a leading provider of mining equipment rental maintenance and rebuild services.
Key Details:
- Employment Type: Permanent full-time
- Pay rate up to $85ph
- Location: Kalgoorlie WA Gold Mine
- Roster: 2:2 days & nights
- FIFO: From all capital cities flexible flight arrangements available
- Camp and Motel
Your Role:
Youll be responsible for the maintenance diagnostics and repairs on a fleet of large excavators including:
- Liebherr CAT Hitachi & Komatsu machines
- Fleet includes units up to 800T (minimum 600T)
- Carry out routine maintenance and fault diagnosis
- Provide support to the rental fleet as needed
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety adhering to all HSE procedures and protocols
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks contributing to reliable and cost-effective equipment performance
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to align with broader business objectives and deliver service excellence
Pay Structure:
- Up to $85/hr for highly experienced mechs with 10 years
- Tiered pay structure for candidates with less experience all levels encouraged to apply
About You:
- Relevant trade qualification & mining experience
- Current NPC
- Proven experience on Diggers (600T)
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
- Commitment to safety and site protocols
