Synergie is seeking a Multi System Operators (Rear or Side Lift) for one of Australias leading waste industries located in North Melbourne VIC

The important parts:

$38.08 Per Hour Super Penalties
3 Months contract with potential to go permanent for the right candidates
Monday to Friday 5AM 1:06PM (Must be flexible with Overtimes and weekend as there will be OT and weekend work)

What you will be required to do:

As Multi System Operator will be responsible for operating waste collection vehicles (side-lift or rear-lift) and associated equipment. The role involves transporting loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities completing daily pre-start and maintenance checks and ensuring safe loading/unloading.

Operate company waste collection vehicles (side-lift or rear-lift) and associated equipment
Transport loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
Perform daily pre-start and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
Ensure safe loading and unloading of trucks
Interact with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

To be successful in the role you will:

MUST have Unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) (AUS) or Class 4 (NZ) Licence (as a minimum)
Driver history report
Commitment to safety
Self-motivated
Mechanical aptitude
Customer service skills
