You start by reviewing the production schedule and CMMS dashboards then align preventive predictive and project maintenance with operational priorities. Youll author clear work instructions define safety requirements stage parts and materials and coordinate skilled maintenance labor to maximize equipment uptime across the lab.
Compensation is based on multiple factors including location experience qualifications skills and local minimum wage. You may also be eligible for a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
