Supervise service providers and ensure works are properly and safely executed and delivered on time.Job Description
About the Job:
- Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations.
- Troubleshoot building services failure.
- Supervise plan and organise the contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routine check and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Source negotiate and follow up with Contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications.
- Preparation of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site.
About you:
- Diploma in Facilities Management or relevant specializations
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in similar property type with proven management ability.
