As we continue to scale our operations team plays a vital role in ensuring every order is fulfilled with precision care and a customer-first mindset.

Role Purpose

At Mejuri our Temporary Retail Operations Associates are essential to delivering the exceptional customer experience were known for. Youll support our Ship-From-Store operations by ensuring online orders are picked packed and shipped with accuracy and carehelping get the right products to the right customers as quickly as temporary full-time role runs from November 12th through December 4th with the possibility to extend through December 24th based on business needs. Youll work Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week) alongside a passionate high-performing retail operations opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment takes pride in their attention to detail and enjoys being part of a collaborative mission-driven team. Availability

• Must be available full-time Monday through Friday for the duration of the temporary term (November 12 December 4) with potential extension to December 24.
• Must be available during key operational periods such as Black Friday Boxing Day and product launch events.

What Youll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or picking maps.
• Carefully pack orders according to Mejuris standards ensuring products are in sellable condition and beautifully presented.
• Maintain accuracy and speed to achieve daily fulfillment and shipping goals.
• Keep packing and back-of-house areas organized efficient and aligned with company standards.
• Partner with your retail and operations teammates to ensure seamless execution of daily priorities.

Pay Transparency

Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges as it empowers individuals through the hiring process and supports them in making an informed decision. This role currently has a base pay of $18-$20 per hour based on a candidates experience and qualifications.
