Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
Integrate third-party APIs and native modules.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers backend developers and product managers.
Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Debug and fix issues across platforms.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of experience in mobile development using React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and mobile architecture patterns.
Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode Android Studio).
Faimiliar with Java for android and Objective C for iOS native development.
Knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices.
Experience with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Redux MobX or other state management libraries.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile testing frameworks.
Experience with Firebase Restful APIs or other backend services.
Contributions to open-source projects or personal mobile apps.

The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
