Job Summary

Suárez Bakery is hiring friendly & outgoing cashiers to join our Front of House Team. Candidates should be punctual friendly and courteous. Candidates will ideally have experience in engaging with customers have high standards in maintaining the storefront and provide quality service to customers. Compensation for this position starts at $10-11/hr depending on experience plus shared cash and credit card tips averaging an additional $4 per hour for a total of $14-15/hour. Scheduled shifts will vary between the hours of 8am-6pm. Full and Part-Time available.

Currently looking for someone who can work morning shifts! 8am-3pm ideally looking for a seasonal candidate and a full-time candidate. Working Thanksgiving eve and Christmas eve is required.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer and make them feel welcome
Be prepared with knowledge of our product offerings and allergen concerns
Assist Customers with pre-order pickups
Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy storefront
Respond to any complaints in a composed and professional manner
Become proficient in opening closing and restocking duties
Move the line of customers efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications

Be approachable friendly and engaging with customers
Maintain a sense of responsibility be punctual and adhere to a schedule
Be functional in a fast-paced environment

Flexible scheduling is a plus
