Overview
This Change Manager Role within Physical Security plays a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of new systems processes policies and shifts across our global organization. You will be a bridge between strategic program goals and the people affected by the change ensuring that the initiatives are embraced adopted and sustained. You are instrumental in ensuring stakeholder engagement driving transformation efforts by minimizing disruption increasing alignment and embedding lasting behavioral and operational change.

What Youll Do
Change Strategy - Design and implement tailored change management plans to support the rollout of physical security technical and operational initiatives
Communications Planning identify map and engage stakeholders across regions and functions to understand impact anticipate concerns and build support
Training & Enablement work with leadership to develop training programs and support tools that prepare teams for transition
Adoption Monitoring measure adoption identify barriers and iterate strategic based real-time feedback and performance indicators
Risk and Mitigation proactively identify resistance organizational risks and change fatigue and define strategies to address them effectively

Expectations
It is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary NC office in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary NC is $100000 to $ salaries may be based on a number of factors including but not limited to a candidates skill set experience education work location and other qualifications.
