About the Opportunity
Were representing a long-established specialist contractor within the Lightning Protection and Earthing sector supporting commercial industrial and critical infrastructure projects across the UK.
Due to continued growth and repeat project wins were now seeking a hands-on Lightning Protection Foreman to lead a small team on site ensuring safe efficient and compliant delivery of lightning protection and earthing installation works in line with BS EN 62305 standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled installation or test engineer whos ready to step up into a leadership role or an experienced foreman looking to join a progressive business that values quality safety and career development.
The Role
Supervise and lead on-site installation testing and maintenance of Lightning Protection and Earthing systems.
Manage small teams and subcontractors ensuring all works meet safety technical and quality standards.
Complete site documentation including RAMS inspection/test certificates and material requisitions.
Liaise with site management and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve on-site issues.
Support apprentices and junior engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.
What Youll Need
Proven experience in Lightning Protection Earthing or related electrical installation.
Knowledge of BS EN 62305 and associated lightning protection standards.
Supervisory experience or readiness to step up into a foreman position.
CSCS SSSTS IPAF or PASMA certification (desirable).
Strong commitment to health & safety and working at height.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South East.
