POSITION SUMMARY

1st shit $17.50 .2nd shift $18.50 .3rd shift $19.50

EssentialFunctionsStatement(s)
- Meet theexpectations andstandardized workto complete all tasks atassigned machine or operation.
- Communicates detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Supervisor Cell Lead or Switch
- Sorts reworks andinspects theproducts forreject and non-conformance; packages finished products
- Maintains the work area and equipment in aclean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations;follows 5s-cleans andorganizes designated area(s) on a daily basis.
- Makessuggestions onimprovements for standardized work/other plant operations.
- Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the required operator Iassembly tasks; usescutters blades or fixtures to rework or assemble parts
- Must bewillingto accept andreceive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to the operations and assembly.
- Follows allsafety procedure andparticipates in safety programs; follows all PPE requirements-proper gowning and attire
