About the Corporate Segment
Our Corporate segment serves mid-sized and upper mid-market companiesambitious clients with complex needs that require tailored risk and insurance solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the Corporate segment in Denmark driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
- Own the Corporate Segment P&L ensuring profitability and growth.
- Collaborate across MMC lines of business to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients and support marketing initiatives.
- Focus on talent development and building the future pipeline for the team.
What You Need to Have
- Proven leadership experience in risk management insurance or related fields.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen including P&L management.
- Excellent client relationship and people management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
- Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications are a plus.
