ROLE OVERVIEW:
In this rewarding role you start your day with a cup of coffee gearing up for another day of tackling HVAC challenges. As you head out to your first assignment youre equipped with the latest technology and a team thats always got your back. Whether its servicing a commercial HVAC system troubleshooting equipment or diving into an installation project no two days are the same. Youre not just fixing systems; youre crafting comfort one project at a time. And in the process youre building lasting relationships with clients and teammates. Its not just a job; its a journey of growth learning and making a real impact in the HVAC industry.
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HVAC TECHNICIANS:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of commercial HVAC service/installation experience
- Valid EPA-approved Universal Technician Certification
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC trade school certification
- Oil/Gas license
