We are currently seeking a Full-Time Trimmer to join our Cultivation Team in ST Johns FL! The Trimmer is responsible for manicuring and packaging high-quality cannabis products under environmentally controlled conditions ensuring consistent quality and compliance with company and state standards.
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this position employees are regularly required to use hands to handle or feel materials talk and hear. Frequent standing walking reaching stooping kneeling or crouching is required. Occasionally employees may lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close distance and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and focus adjustment. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Work Environment
The work environment may involve exposure to wet or humid conditions extreme cold or heat and moving mechanical parts. Employees may occasionally be exposed to fumes airborne particles or chemicals. Noise levels are typically moderate.
This position may involve exposure to cannabis cannabis odors and cannabis smoke which are classified as Schedule I controlled substances under federal law.

Key Responsibilities
- Manicure dry flowers for optimal presentation and separate unusable waste from usable product.
- Adapt trimming techniques to various strains styles and types of cannabis to maintain a steady pace and consistent quality.
- Measure and batch product for consistent and high-quality presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations related to the cultivation and batching of cannabis.
- Clean and sanitize all processing areas and equipment during and at the end of each shift.
- Maintain and follow weekly cleaning schedules to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Adhere to company HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements.
- Support implementation of company policies standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean organized and compliant work area at all times.
- Follow daily compliance requirements including security and access protocols dress code and attendance expectations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail organization and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 Florida State background check.
