Job Description
Market Intelligence
In charge of managing commercial databases including sell-in sell-out and offtake datasets
Understand market dynamics & competition movement by leveraging multiple data sources to create actionable business insights answer business questions drive business decisions and develop recommendations to improve operations
Prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business
Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change Salesforce Effectiveness
Monitor and report commercial performance against agreed salesforce KPIs to continuously drive best-in-class efficiency and effectiveness
Contribute to the definition of business objectives and sales incentives plan
Propose sales incentive plan for discussion with HR and local sales management
Participate in the communication of these proposals to the sales departments KDP and other projects Global commercial transformation projects
