We are currently seeking a Remote Scheduling/Calendar Assistant to join our team at 3 Leaf Realty Inc. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in assisting with scheduling appointments managing calendars and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our real estate services.
Remote Scheduling/Calendar Assistant Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Manage and update executives calendars with accuracy and attention to detail
- Schedule appointments meetings and events based on availability and priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless scheduling processes
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to scheduling inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a scheduling assistant or similar role
- Proficient in calendar management tools and software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a remote environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $25000 to $35000 depending on experience and addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and opportunities for professional development.
