Job Summary
Medical Administrative Assistant
Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team!
As a Medical Administrative team member you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic! From scheduling appointments to greeting patients as they check in you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction. Possible call center and date entry positions as well.
Pay: $30.74 to $32.86/ hour depending on experience.
Hours: Approximately 8a-5p M-F but hours can vary depending on the assignment.
Location: St. Louis Park/St. Paul MN and surrounding Twin Cities Metro areas.
Administrative Front Line RepresentativeResponsibilities:
- Answering phone promptly
- Patient registration
- Accepting insurance co-pays
- Assisting with appointmentsand referrals to specialty clinics
- Insurance and demographic information updates
- Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Medical Admin in a clinical setting and Epic experience preferred
-High School Diploma
-Good phone etiquette
-Ability to articulate communication
-Must have great attendance and punctuality!
