The Role

Were looking for a Content Enablement Manager to join our Worldwide Sales Enablement team. This role is critical in aligning our global sales force with consistent high-quality content that drives enterprise-level engagement and revenue. Youll partner closely with marketing product and sales leadership to align content strategy with our go-to-market priorities and make sure our sellers are fully equipped to succeed.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a scalable global content framework supporting multiple regions verticals and solutions.

  • Build and manage our foundational sales content library (sales plays presentations one-pagers and FAQs) to support global sales teams across the buyer journey.

  • Standardize playbooks case studies competitive intelligence and sales collateral.

  • Lead a cross-functional content governance council composed of key stakeholders from Sales Marketing Product and Enablement.

  • Establish and enforce content standards review cycles and approval workflows to ensure consistency accuracy and relevance.

  • Facilitate regular meetings to align on priorities resolve content gaps and drive strategic decisions.

  • Partner with regional leadership to understand local and market-specific needs.

  • Work closely with marketing to translate messaging into sales-ready assets.

  • Partner directly with our internal and external sellers to test and refine content.

  • Serve as the bridge between sales and marketing ensuring message consistency across the customer journey.

  • Monitor content engagement and usage metrics to inform optimization strategies.

  • Define and track KPIs related to content effectiveness adoption and impact on sales performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement commercial content creation or product marketing.

  • Experience supporting large global sales teams with multi-segment and multi-geo content.

  • Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift fast.

  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create content from scratch.

  • Hands-on with enablement or sales tools (or willing to roll up your sleeves and learn fast).

  • Excellent communication and matrix management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and present content performance insights.

  • Collaborative resourceful and energized by building programs from the ground up.
