Key Responsibilities
Deliver CompEx training to delegates from diverse multinational backgrounds.
Establish and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Promote a culture of safety environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance in all training activities.
Lead the revenue growth of the Training Department across the Middle East region.
Drive business development by expanding the training portfolio with technically advanced and market-relevant courses.
Define design and execute the department’s strategic roadmap covering short-term and long-term objectives.
Develop a sales and marketing strategy to promote training programs and complement the company’s product portfolio.
Oversee the financial performance of the Training Department ensuring profitability and cost control.
Take full P&L accountability—evaluating the cost–benefit impact of all initiatives and maintaining budget discipline.
Ensure daily operations are efficient professional and aligned with organizational standards.
Build mentor and empower internal teams to deliver training and assessments independently.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and accountability within the department.
Strengthen long-term customer relationships acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
Upgrade training facilities and enhance technical capabilities to support advanced course delivery.
Drive initiatives for process optimization innovation and cost reduction to improve competitiveness and efficiency.
Represent the Training Department at business forums trade shows and industry seminars.
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in training management business development and strategic planning.
Proven experience in managing P&L quality systems and customer relationships.
Experience in technical training environments (CompEx or similar certifications) preferred.
