JOB DESCRIPTION:

Were looking for a Medical Education Partnerships Lead to help establish and grow our medical education function. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company and shape a new capability within our organizationpartnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to develop both accredited and non-accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs that drive meaningful clinical change.

As an early member of this vertical youll play a central role in defining our strategy identifying high-impact educational opportunities and securing funding for new medical education projects. Youll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed with excellence and aligned with our clients goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to uncover opportunities for innovative non-promotional CME/IME programs that advance clinical education and support strategic objectives.

  • Lead the end-to-end development and submission of grant proposals working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compelling compliant and fundable submissions.

  • Collaborate with internal teamsincluding strategy medical experts content development and client successto support accurate timely delivery of education programs.

  • Develop deliverables that track program performance demonstrate ROI to funders and inform future educational direction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of experience in the life sciences medical education or healthcare strategy with a track record of managing or selling into pharmaceutical/biotech clients.

  • Deep understanding of CME/CE landscape and compliance frameworks (e.g. ACCME PhRMA OIG).

  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Strong cross-functional project management and client relationship skills.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)

  • Bachelors degree required
