Job Summary

What We Need
We are seeking a Key Account Assistant to support our Account Manager and help our customers succeed in their digitalization projects. You will work closely with the Account Manager in developing client relationships and supporting project coordination while also collaborating with other internal functions at the Bangkok office such as HR Finance and Administration.

What Youll Do
  • Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day customer relationship management.
  • Help identify and develop opportunities for digitalization projects across private and public sectors.
  • Support proposal preparation project documentation and client communication.
  • Coordinate with HR Finance and Administration to ensure smooth operations and customer support.
  • Maintain and expand a professional network of decision-makers in Thailand.
What You Have
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong connections within Thai companies and organizations (private and public sector).
  • Interest or experience in digitalization IT consultancy or software projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to support multiple functions and collaborate across teams.
