We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader responsible for overseeing functional departments and ensuring the successful delivery of all company solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams driving innovation enhancing client satisfaction and providing strategic oversight to both technical and shared services departments to ensure alignment with the companys vision and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Companys solutions portfolio aligned with the companys overall goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to all technical departments ensuring service delivery excellence continuous improvement and innovation in cybersecurity offerings.
- Manage the daily operations of the SOC Cyber Defense Offensive Security and Security Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations and consistent high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards industry frameworks and client obligations maintaining full compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Oversee the effective delivery of Company services such as SOC monitoring threat intelligence incident response penetration testing red/blue team operations amongst others.
- Implement processes for quality assurance to ensure that Companys solutions delivery meets high standards of performance security and reliability.
- Evaluate and improve client experience ensuring all services align with client expectations and market needs.
- Work closely with the Chief Business Officer (CBO) to align sales execution with business strategy and ensure solution delivery directly contributes to revenue and profitability.
- Lead change management initiatives as experienced within the organization.
- Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements automation and new technologies that enhance service delivery and operational resilience.
- Work on developing and implementing business continuity plans to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of solutions especially in security incidents.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends assess competition and understand client needs. Utilize competitive intelligence to enhance and differentiate Company solutions.
- Collaborate with the finance lead on budgeting forecasting and cost control strategies monitoring operational expenses profitability and ROI on projects and resource deployments.
- Evaluate select and manage relationships with technology vendors service providers and strategic partners to enhance operational capabilities and security posture.
- Support key client engagements and ensure operational support meets service expectations.
- Ensure technical teams work together smoothly to deliver solutions efficiently.
- Ensure that third-party vendors adhere to the organizations cybersecurity standards and participate in regular security reviews.
- Promote a workplace culture aligned with Company values & principles continuous learning and innovation.
- Promote ongoing training and awareness across the organization ensuring staff are equipped to address evolving threats.
- Set performance standards and OKRs for technical leads and monitor adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Coach and mentor leaders across different levels ensuring the optimization of operational workflows resource allocation and interdepartmental coordination.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA degree required.
- 15 years of experience preferably in the technical and cybersecurity sector.
- At least 8 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Management-level cybersecurity certifications e.g. CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or similar cybersecurity credentials.
- PMP Lean Six Sigma or other operational management certifications.
