Position Overview
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join our Kingsland clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed physician to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population while working within an integrated healthcare system that prioritizes excellence innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages managing chronic and acute conditions.
Optionally participate in Newborn Nursery coverage performing routine newborn care and assessments as needed.
Collaborate with specialists referring to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Stay current with advancements in medical practice and integrate evidence-based care into daily practice.
Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with system protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-focused care model.
Compensation based on experience
Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD/DO).
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA).
