Job: Warehouse/CDL B Driver

Shift:1st

Pay:$21-23 to start

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Preform Pre and Post trips daily Maintain and inspect vehicles (e.g. checking fluid levels fueling cleaning etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safe operation of vehicle.

Map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries

Drives vehicles for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated sites.

Loads delivery vehicles for the purpose of ensuring that all items and supplies are properly secured.

Maintains various files and records (Bill of Lading Delivery Documents) for the purpose of documenting activities and providing materials and reliable resource information.

Participates in physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.

Prepares orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements

Receives stock and non-stock items for the purpose of ensuring specifications quantity and quality of orders are correct and/or inspecting items for damage.

Stocks equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining required inventory levels.

Load and unload items for the purpose of distributing shipment to assigned site locations and/or individuals.

Deliver products to customers in a safe timely and courteous manner

Coordinate with customers prior to delivery and when delivering to determine placement of product

Follow all State/Federal DOT regulations and safety standards

Qualifications/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Class B commercial drivers license required

6 months of driving a large truck

6 months of warehouse experience

Clean driving record with no moving violations

Adhering to safety practices

Preparing and maintaining accurate records

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must pass a background check and drug test

Experience operating warehouse equipment such as electric lifts hand trucks and pallet jacks a plus
