Director of Human Resources and Learning & Development Pre - Opening Resort Metro Manila Philippines
A premier leisure development is looking for a Director of Human Resources and Learning & Development for its pre - opening property in Southern Luzon. The successful candidate will implement strategies in talent acquisition staffing employment process compensation health and welfare benefits training and development health and safety employee relations and retention and labor relations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Behavioral Science or any related field
Five (5) years of experience in a similar role in the hotel or leisure business overseeing all HR functions both property and corporate level
Pre opening experience is an advantage
Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila and/or Southern Luzon
