About the company
Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client a local subsidiary of a global stationery company offering an extensive selection of high-quality ergonomically designed and competitively priced products for educators professionals students and home users.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve General Trade (GT) sales targets in the Surabaya region.
- Develop new distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and approach potential clients by leveraging personal database and market knowledge.
- Provide tailored solutions aligned with the companys products and services.
- Monitor and analyze market intelligence including competitor activities pricing and product developments and report findings to management.
- Oversee customer credit limits and track utilization to ensure good standing.
- Lead motivate and manage a small sales team (12 direct reports).
- Conduct regular B2B client visits and deliver product presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any major (S1).
- Minimum 13 years of working experience in the Tools industry (Power Tools Hand Tools etc.) with good knowledge of products and market trends.
- Strong B2B sales background preferably with exposure to master dealers distributors and end-users.
- Good communication skills positive attitude and high integrity.
- Conversational level of English
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
