Home health scheduler/Customer Support Specialist . The responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls.
- Providing accurate valid and complete information to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Acting as an effective daily liaison between our customers and therapists.
- Use of multiple computer systems such as Axxess Kinnser as well as our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) therapyBoss system to track gather information and/or troubleshoot customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
