Job Summary

Job Title: Manager Data and Financial Operations

The Manager Data and Financial Operations Role is responsible for ensuring the quality integrity and usability of data across business systems within the Specialty Care Patient Solutions Teams. This role will act as a key liaison between the business technical and cross functional teams to establish data standards enforce data governance policies and support data management initiatives that enable accurate reporting and analytics. This individual will bridge the gap between analytics and business understanding by presenting data in clear meaningful formats for a wide range of audiences. This role will also review trends and performance shifts ensuring leaders are focused on the signals that truly matter. The Manager Data and Financial Operations Role will also lead budget financial management for Specialty Care Patient Solutions and Engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data and Reporting:

Define implement and maintain data standards policies and procedures

Monitor data quality resolve data issues and maintain a data repository in collaboration with the business

Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned data domains

Collaborate with data owners and users to ensure data is accurate complete and fit for purpose

Document business definitions data rules and usage guidance for transparency and consistency

Contribute to the delivery of metrics and dashboards

Transform complex datasets into intuitive visually compelling dashboards scorecards charts and reports that support data driven decision making on a regular cadence as defined by the business

Translate data into strategic leadership content including preparing executive dashboards and decision materials

Conduct trend reviews to flag anomalies and shifts in performance metrics ensuring leaders are focused on the right signals accelerating confident fact-based decision making

Partner with cross functional teams to support data related projects and initiatives

Budget and Financial Management:

Manage and oversee budgets across Patient Solutions initiatives to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Ensure timely payments and provide financial support for vendors and partners to maintain strong relationships.

Provide cost control performance economics and standardized processes to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and risks are mitigated

Monitor and report on budget performance to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

4 years of work data management data quality or similar role

Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Education:

Bachelors degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Skills and Competencies:

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau and Polaris

Advanced IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint Outlook Word and Excel

Leadership and Collaboration:

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others and guide teams to achieve meaningful outcomes

Strong team player with effective listening and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships across a matrix organization

Adaptability and Learning:

Adaptable and flexible capable of working with multiple teams simultaneously

Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and systems

Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96300.00 to $160500.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
