Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
- Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
- Utilizes dealership CRM to manage leads and follow-up.
- Attending sales meetings and training courses as requested by sales manager.
- Keeps up to date on new products and STARS/FORD UNIVERSITY training.
- Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Follow the 10 steps to the sale.
- Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information trade title etc.)
- Delivers vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features warranty and paperwork.
- Follows up on all post-delivery items tag/title work we-owes and special request to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
- Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day week month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- Provides all clients with the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
Job Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to speak and listen effectively one on one.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license.
- Sales License.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Sales experience preferred
