Are you looking for a new career within Rail We have the TES Academy with all the training for you.

TEShas an excellent training opportunity for aTrack Operativeto join our team in theColchester and surrounding area. Were a well-established rail safety company and were looking for dedicated professionals to help us maintain a safe and efficient network.

We will provide you with all the training you need to be able to work within this Safety Critical role. Please ensure that you are available for the dates for training.

This is a 0-hour contract with work available both midweek and weekends. Were ideally looking for candidates based in and around Colchester Chelmsford Clacton and Ipswichand the surrounding areas.

Essential Training:

Manual Handling Fire Awareness and Emergency First Aid at Work Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd December
PTS Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th December
TIC Monday 8th December through to Friday 12th December
Small Tools Tuesday 16th December and Wednesday 17th December

Your availability for these dates is essential. After successful completion you will be supported to undertake safety-critical duties as a Track Operative withTES.

What Youll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Permanent Way (PWay) Department youll be instrumental in maintaining the permanent fixtures of the railway infrastructure.

About You

What Were Looking For:

We are seeking safety-conscious individuals who are ready to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.

  • Availability to attend training.

  • Have availability for shifts during theday night weekends and bank holidays.

  • PREFERRED: Hold a validdriving licenseand have access to a vehicle.
