Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for fixing building and keeping things running smoothly Bethany Meadows is looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee building and grounds maintenance for our senior living campus and Garden Home community.

What Youll Do

Lead preventative maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
Oversee repairs groundskeeping and snow removal.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to stay on budget.
Supervise the environmental services and housekeeping teams.
Help create a safe welcoming and beautiful environment for residents and staff.

What Were Looking For

Skilled in maintenance carpentry electrical and plumbing basics.
Experience with grounds care and equipment upkeep.
Strong leadership organization and teamwork skills.
A caring attitude and enjoyment working with older adults.
