In order to support Airbus Kitting Operations Airbus Operations is looking for a

Working Student (d/f/m) at Airbus Logistic Warehouse

You are a full time student looking for a working student position Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in the After sales organization as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!

• Location: Hamburg

• Start: 01.01.2026

• Duration: 12 months

You will receive a collectively agreed salary of at least 18.53 per hour depending on the job. There are also special payments such as vacation pay.

From the Airbus Kit Factory we keep aircrafts flying.

All needed parts for all upgrades retrofits or repairs of in-service aircraft are kitted in our warehouse. The actual logistic processes are outsourced to a logistic service provider. We - as the recruiting organization - are responsible to prepare & control the kit production and to continuously improve the existing processes.

Your placement will be in our Airbus After Sales organization on site.

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education and who are employed in a reasonably long fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the companys premises. A working students main focus remains on their studies which is why during term-time working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Finkenwerder

Are you wondering how you actually get from university to Airbus Your working student position is at the Finkenwerder plant and you can take the ferry from Teufelsbrück to the Airbus ferry terminal and back to the university in the morning and at noon. Alternatively you can take the ferry to Finkenwerder and then ride your bike for about another 15 minutes to the main entrance.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your tasks will be embedded in the duties of our organisation and will have a positive impact on our business results considering the following non-exhaustive list:

• Preparation of decision papers for the Kit Factory Management based on fundamental data analyses.

• Autonomous lead of business improving initiatives.

• Support/coordination of infrastructural change items.

• Identification of risks/problems/opportunities in the logistic processes and to work out solution proposals with the team.

• Identification of risks/problems/opportunities in the business processes and to work out solution proposals with the team.

• Ad-hoc support of business critical items as per demand of the team.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Business Administration industrial engineering or IT with affinity to operations or similar fields of study

• understanding of google suit

• data analysis skills

• Logistic and supply Chain experience

• english: negotiation level

• german: negotiation level

• SAP knowledge (logistic tools)
