Role summary - Quality Assurance Specialist that will be responsible for measuring the quality of service of our KYC interactions. This individual will assist in identifying developing creating and implementing KYC quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for improvements to existing materials as needed to enhance our level of service for our customers.

What youll do
- As a Quality Assurance Specialist for KYC you will be evaluating KYC results while recording and reporting on this data.
- Your responsibilities will include to reach a numeric quota of evaluations
- Report on findings and performance and to proactively identify areas of improvement as well as work together with KYC mgmt team.
