  Your Mission:

  • Train and re-train Staff on pack-out validations and best practices;
  • Assist Quality Department in SOPs DVs or complaints specific training;
  • Assist Quality Department in best practices training;
  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations;
  • Create and update training documentation;
  • Ensure all individuals are trained and reconcile training documentation;
  • Manage training documentation (filing);
  • Assist National Distribution Coordinators in the completion of daily tasks as required.

  What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education:
    • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 1.5 years experience at A&D Wholesale or 3 years in a training enviromennt.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Demonstrated organizational skills;
    • A strong understanding of A&D Quality Management Systems;
    • English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role location and the needs of the organization.

  Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
