Your impact
As aTransformation Manageryoullmake an impact by:
You will support/lead teams to drive and deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders and C-level management primarily within top tier industry clients to successfully drive their digital transformations from strategy through to execution.
You create valueonlarge-scale complex digital transformations (e.g.SAPCRMHCM..transformations) byidentifyingbusiness needs translating business requirements into technicalconceptsand guiding workstreams accordingly.
You will moderate andfacilitateworkshops with (senior) client stakeholders andleverageagile working practices such as design thinkingSAFe SCRUM etc.
You will support/lead the setup and orchestration of program and project managementofficeto support large-scale complex digital transformations in a fast-paced international environment.
You willhelp todrive non-engagement related activities such as business development proposal writing cross-teamcollaborationsand knowledge sharing initiatives.
You take an active role in the expansion of atop tierconsulting team in the field of strategy & transformation and work in a dynamic international environment. The environment is driven by respect collaborationstrong teamspirit and winning asteamnot as an individual.
About you
You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) in business computerscienceor engineering
As a (Senior) Manager you have at least 5 to 7yearswork experience having worked in consulting and/or you bring relevant project experience in large-scale digital transformations within the Public Sector. Experience in digital strategy and target operating model is a plus.
You are passioned about digitalisation digital transformations andnew technologies and you are willing to further strengthen your technical capabilities andleveragedigital solutions to support our clients.
You have excellent interpersonal listening and communication skills and you are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
You are fluent in EnglishDutchand/or French (both spoken and written)
You are a passionate team player and enjoy socializing with clients and colleagues.
