Description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a part timeRegistered Nurse to join our team at Okeechobee Correctional Institution located in Okeechobee Florida.

Pay Rate: $38- $44.50/hr (based on experience)

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify assess and respond to a wide range of physical psychological and social needs of patients. This position involves working independently at the work camp located at Okeechobee CI.

Schedule -Monday Wednesday and Friday from 6:30am - 3pm at the Work Camp

Qualifications

Associates degree required
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
