Job Summary

- Sets up and adjusts machines according to product specifications.
- Visually inspects product for defects and transfers defective items to the appropriate location.
- Loads raw materials into spring coil machine. Monitors machines and troubleshoots basic malfunctions.
- Unloads finished product and visually inspects to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste.
- Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to their supervisor.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Follows safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Work involves constant sitting or standing and frequent lifting and bending.
- Work involves exposure to dirt dust noise and electrical hazards.
