We are currently seeking to expand our Vehicle Exchange Team.
As a trusted Duluth Nissan dealership Gwinnett Place Nissan always goes above and beyond the call of duty. Our rapid growth and fast-paced environment make this anexceptional place to work.
Minimum of 1 year in Automotive Sales Automotive Internet sales or Vehicle Exchange experience required. Familiarity with Automotive Mastermind or Equity Mining is a PLUS! Must be competent in evaluating vehicles and prospecting potential customers in the service department and online. Experience in lead generation both online and in person via telephone or CRM is have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers and marketing partners. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for following up with new prospective customers
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers inquiring about selling or trading their current vehicle
Distribute prospective customers to used vehicle director for potential purchase or the appropriate sales manager for trade allowance on existing new or used vehicle in stock
Work with customers in a professional well-spoken manner
Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
Proactively build out prospecting network
Log all activity in CRM
Follow up with all internet and KBB leads in a timely and effective manner
Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter
REQUIREMENTS:
Good verbal and written communication skills required
Minimum of 1 year automotive sales or Internet sales experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Time management prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task are required
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
Must have a clean & valid drivers license
