Are you passionate about retail or customer service Looking for hands-on experience where you can truly shine Portland Leather Goods is hosting a first-of-its-kind open interview event at our brand new Castle Rock retail location and youre invited!

Location: 5050 Factory Shops Blvd. Suite 220 Castle Rock CO 80108
No appointment is necessary! Just drop in anytime during the window. Youll meet face to face with Portland Leather leadership and get an exclusive tour of our newest store!
Available Positions:
Retail Associates (Full-time & Part-time)
Youll play a central role in delivering exceptional customer experiences embodying our values and helping our new store thrive.
What Youll Do
- Greet customers with warmth authenticity and timeliness
- Build lasting relationships and memorable experiences
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and cleanliness
- Keep the store neat organized and well stocked
- Handle payment procedures and POS accurately
- Uphold safety policies to ensure a secure environment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Available to work weekends
- Retail or customer service experience
- A true team player
- Comfortable learning and working with POS systems
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
