Your Role: Senior Industrial Automation Engineer:
Youll be part of a team who are responsible for the design development and deployment of automation systems that enhance efficiency safety and sustainability across our global processing plants.
What you will do:
- Design and optimize plant automation systems layouts and workflows
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement
- Lead integration of PLCs HMIs sensors actuators and control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Oversee system testing commissioning and performance tuning
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA ANSI ISO)
- Travel internationally to support installations upgrades and training
What you Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or Mechanical)
- 5 years of experience in plant automation industrial controls or mechatronics
- Expertise in PLC/HMI programming and industrial control systems
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (2D/3D modeling BOMs assemblies)
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- A problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for global collaboration
- Willingness to travel internationally and work hands-on in plant environments
