The Position

IT岗位职责

1. 协助ITOT团队支持和维护生产所需的各类IT系统和软件

2. 参与ITOT系统的日常运行和监控确保系统稳定运行

3. 协助解决生产过程中ITOT系统的故障和问题保障生产的连续性和效率

4. 协助编写和维护ITOT系统的技术文档和操作手册

5. 支持ITOT团队进行其他相关的工作和项目如会议室预定会议记录运维统计报告翻译文件等

OT岗位职责
1. 协助ITOT制造系统团队的日常事宜如会议室预定会议记录运维统计报告翻译文件等
2. 协助ITOT文档工作如文档格式调整文件签字追踪上传文件至Veeva系统等
3. 熟悉了解MES和PI系统协助制造系统团队处理简单技术问题

4. 协助ITOT制造系统团队在项目中的工作

岗位要求

• 全日制在校学生学历本科及以上计算机信息技术或自动化相关专业优先

• 英语听说读写良好可以用英语作为工作语言

• 对计算机和信息技术有浓厚兴趣有较强的学习能力和解决问题能力

• 具有良好的沟通能力有校内活动负责经验优先

• 熟悉常见操作系统如WindowsLinux等和办公软件的使用

• 有一定的编程基础熟悉至少一种编程语言如PythonJava等

• 每周需正常工作2-3天工作地点上海罗氏张江总部
