Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Client Onboarding & Accounts Process Expert to join our Daily & Clients Team of Core Banking & Clients Tribe Spain.

The responsibility of this team is to analyze monitor control and develop the transactional accounts onboarding processes. Focused on the E2E customer journey we ensure the proper work of the process and the best customer experience.

In addition we play a key role by accompanying retail tribes in all the projects related to these processes by defining functional requirements with a COO vision.

As a key member of the team you will provide knowledge and expertise in the operations area. This means process monitoring controlling SLAs managing external providers process efficiency customer service collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Daily Operations Expert you:

Have a deep understanding of the client onboarding process both digital and non-digital flows Implement robust controls and procedures Be responsible for controlling and monitoring external providers flows to detect prevent and avoid inefficiencies. Ensure that we provide our clients with the best experience. Are committed to ongoing learning and improvement seeking opportunities to enhance processes optimize systems and streamline workflows. Create and maintain reports aligned with business and operational needs. Data is your facilitator for decision making. (Measurement obtaining operational data analysis of evolutions trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency). Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring positive client experience. You are responsive proactive and empathetic in your interactions with customers and colleagues. Collaborate closely with other departments such as Retail business compliance risk management and technology to coordinate efforts and address challenges collectively.

University Graduate.

Previous knowledge of operations and operative way of working (forseti herramienta de Calidad and client onboarding flows will be a plus)

Stakeholders management proven experience in particular external providers management.

Strong analytical skills.

Buscamos a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de Entidades Públicas dentro del Tribu de Producto.

Este equipo tiene como responsabilidad:

Ofrecer un servicio seguro ágil y de calidad definiendo procesos innovadores dentro de ING que faciliten el cumplimiento normativo del banco y garanticen la mejor experiencia posible en la relación con entidades públicas.

Nuestra forma de trabajar:

• Las personas expertas comparten conocimiento colaborando en distintas funcionalidades.

• Cada funcionalidad cuenta con una persona experta principal.

• Las personas expertas participan en el análisis de procesos y datos.

• También están involucradas en la gestión del cambio (proyectos regulatorios y mejoras de eficiencia) según su especialización funcional.

Principales responsabilidades:

Como especialista en operaciones tus tareas incluirán:

• Gestionar tareas operativas relacionadas con procesos de entidades públicas.

• Atender requerimientos regulatorios (Juzgados AEAT Ayuntamientos Policía...).

• Gestionar embargos ordenados por distintas entidades oficiales.

• Coordinar procesos del servicio de colaboración con la Seguridad Social.

• Apoyar la gestión y el servicio de colaboración con la Agencia Tributaria.

• Asegurar la resolución de incidencias (de clientela y de procesos).

• Definir mejoras necesarias en las aplicaciones y en el flujo de procesos.

• Revisar procedimientos y documentación.

• Brindar soporte a canales asistidos y resolver incidencias relacionadas con los servicios del área.

Qué buscamos

• Formación en Administración de Empresas Economía o similar.

• Experiencia en Back Office en el sector bancario preferentemente en colaboración con entidades públicas.
