Job Summary

The Ocean Community YMCA is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff Member to support the upkeep cleanliness and safety of our Westerly Arcadia and beautiful Camp Watchaug Branches. If you take pride in maintaining spaces where people can thrive wed love to hear from you!

This is a full-time 40hrs per week non-exempt position with a salary range of $17.00-$20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform facility repairs maintenance and housekeeping
Maintain outdoor areas and support seasonal set-up/tear-down at Camp Watchaug
Ensure a clean safe and welcoming environment for all members and staff
Complete daily work orders and report issues promptly

Requirements:

12 years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
