Job Summary
RPA Engagement Manager
Duties: Plan and manage RPA design development and implementation projects/engagements; conduct requirement analysis resource and budget estimations and develop and drive project/engagement strategy and plans with milestones and timelines ensuring that the scope as well as approach is fully understood by all stakeholders involved; participate in elaboration and planning meetings to provide best estimate and scope of the effort involved; provide guidance and subject matter expertise; manage proof of concepts with clients in close coordination with analysis and product/technical teams; foster relationship with customers as their primary point of contact; and drive client retention renewals upsell cross-sell and overall client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering Information Technology or Robotics. Two (2) year of experience as Robotics Engineer RPA Lead Automation Developer or related position.
