Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and determine their service needs in a friendly professional manner
  • Write up repair orders and explain recommended maintenance or repairs
  • Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
  • Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure all services are properly documented
  • Present service estimates gain approvals and coordinate vehicle delivery
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
