Job Summary

Responsibilities
Prepare beverages to exact recipe standards
Greet guests take orders and suggest additional items
Accurately process transactions through the POS system
Maintain a clean organized and stocked bar area
Respond professionally to guest concerns
Follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests appropriately
Lead by example and support bar staff during service
Assist with training shift transitions and team communication
Uphold First Class Service standards with guests peers and business partners
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Bartending experience in a fast-paced upscale setting
Extensive beverage knowledge and mixology skills
Strong leadership customer service and communication abilities
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
