PD Medical Affairs (PDMA) plays a pivotal role in advancing the future of healthcare by connecting scientific advances with medical practice needs and embedding medical practice realities into Roche strategies. Join the Product Development Medical Affairs (PDMA) Nucleus Team in the Services Solutions and Innovation space for a 12-month internship in Basel. The Services Solutions & Innovation team within Roches Nucleus is driving digital transformation in Medical Affairs. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving organizational projects with new systems ranging from optimizing data for smarter decisions and supporting communications to project management and cross-functional collaboration with higher visibility.
Contribute to digital transformation and solutions that enable reliable reporting and decision-making.
Assist in planning tracking and documenting project progress.
Prepare communications and materials to engage stakeholders effectively.
Collaborate across functions to understand and support large-scale initiatives.
Own small-scale projects from concept to successful delivery.
Gather stakeholder needs and bridge teams with technical partners to drive the human-centered adoption of new digital tools and systems.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program or graduated within the last 12 months before the start date (preferably in Business Administration Life Sciences Data Sciences or related fields).
Open-minded flexible creative and proactive with a can-do attitude.
Team player with strong communication assertiveness and self-reflection skills.
Organized with project management and analytical capabilities.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Ideally some international work experience and interest in digital transformation or the pharmaceutical industry.
Comfortable using Google Apps Suite AI tools and familiar with project management methodologies.
This internship is not suitable for a Masters thesis.
