Senior Project Manager Quorum Gas System Application
Authority Partners is seeking aSenior Project Manager to lead the Quorum Gas System Application project supporting the clientscommercial gas business. This role requires a confident leader who can navigate complex personalities balance agility with structure and drive delivery in an environment that resists overly formal processes.
The project has just completedPhase 1. You will continue building on this foundation ensuring structure is introducedwhere it adds valuewhile maintaining flexibility for the business.

Your main responsibilities would be:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of Quorum Gas System Application delivery roadmap.
- Driving team execution and delivery management ensuring alignment accountability and timely outcomes.
- Managing stakeholder expectations with strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Balancing agile lightweight delivery methods with just enough process toimprove predictability and control.
- Serving as an escalation point for risks dependencies and resourcing needs.
- Coordinating across business and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Partnering with the consulting PM to transition lessons learned from Phase 1 into improved practices.
- 7 years of project management experience includingcomplex ERP/enterprise applications.
- Strong people management and conflict resolution skills able to work withstrong personalities.
- Experience tailoring process to project maturity avoiding overengineering but providingmuch-needed structure.
- Understanding of energy gas or commercial business processes (Quorum product knowledge a plus).
- High adaptability emotional intelligence and executive-level communication skills.
- PMP PMI-ACP or SAFe certification preferred.
- Location:On-site (client location).
